What is the design catalogue?

We know that coming up with your own designs can be tricky and sometimes you need a bit of inspiration. We are adding collections to the design catalogue in order to help you inspire you and help you create your perfect print. Keep your eyes peeled as there is much more to be added!

I'm having trouble getting my personalised product to look how I want can you assist?

We have tried to make the personalisation tool as user friendly as possible but understand that customers may not always be able to create their items exactly how they envisioned without abit of extra help. If you require assistance with removing a background or changing the colour of an image for example please use the notes section of customisation tool detailing your request. If preferred you could also email us at and we can assist prior to your order.

I seem to be having an issue with placing an order can you assist?

Certainly, please email detailing the issue and we will look into this and come back to you as soon as possible.

I have made a mistake on my order what can I do?

Please contact us as soon as you possibly can at Please include your order number and confirm what errors have been made. Providing your order has not already been produced we may be able to assist however accept no liability in the event that we are unable to make an ammendment to your order. Where product personalisation is used customers are able to preview their orders using the live tool and will also be presented with a thumbnail image of the design and a summary of options selected at the cart prior to check out, purchase of items beyond this point are deemed as accepted by the customer.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at Please include your order number and address details. Providing your order has not already been shipped we may be able to change this for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address.

How will I know once my order has been dispatched?

As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive a confirmation email. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order within 7 working days. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order within our usual timeframe we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.

I have received a faulty or incorrect product what can I do?

Please email detailing the fault with an attached photo we will then be able to rectify this for you.

What are your care instructions for your products?

To extend the life and vibrancy of your printed item we recommend the following tips when it comes to washing care:
- Turn inside out
- Cold wash (max 30 degrees)
- Do not bleach
- Do not use conditioner
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron design

Do your personalised children's pyjamas meet UK Safety requirements?

Yes, our children's nightwear conform to UK Safety Class A of BS EN 14878 2007. We only use child safety approved OEKO-TEX certified products for our garments.

Do you offer discounts for multi purchase?
