Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for the cost of postage for returning items.
If you request to return an item because of an error on our part, or because the item is defective, we will happily provide either a replacement and/or refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. Please email info@sassycub.co.uk detailing the fault with an attached photo we will then be able to rectify this for you.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
Exceptions
Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange, these products are made to order and cannot be resold. As detailed within our Terms of Service if you have made a mistake on order submission which includes spelling mistakes and/or ordering incorrect size or colour the item(s) is not eligible for refund or exchange. We ask that all customers take a moment to check their orders thoroughly prior to submission in order to try and prevent any such errors. Customers are able to preview their orders using the live personalisation tool and will also be presented with a thumbnail image of the design and a summary of options selected at the cart prior to check out, purchase of items beyond this point are deemed as accepted by the customer.
We reserve the right to reject your refund of exchange request where in our opinion it is deemed you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession.
Items marked as "clearance" or "sale," are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the item(s) being returned were part of a promotional offer or a sale, the refund will be for the amount paid for the item(s).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sassycub.co.uk.
